Description
Contractor must provide complete material, equipment and labor necessary to complete the following Scope of Work; Pressure wash all exterior surfaces, Remove and replace gutters, Remove interior wooden partition in Tutoring Center, Paint interior and exterior of building, Replace vinyl tile with ceramic floor tiles, and Replace damaged exterior wood door @ Art Classroom. BID DOCUMENT PICKUP: All documents necessary to aid in the preparation of proposals shall be made available for pickup on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at COM-FSM National Campus Maintenance Office during normal office hours
