Description
The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the following services: Grounds Maintenance Mow and rake the entire campus grounds twice (2x) per month. Cut, trim, or prune trees, shrubs, and plants as needed or upon request by the Campus Management Team. Use leaf blower to clear parking lots and drainages. Use water blaster/pressure wash to clean walkways, parking areas, sidewalks, and buildings when necessary for upkeep and safety
