Bids for the provision of maintenance services for the Project will be received at the offices of the Federated States of Micronesia Department of Transportation, Communications & Infrastructure, Project Management Unit, located at FSM National Government, Palikir, Pohnpei, FSM 96941, until April 8th 2026, at 4 pm local time in Pohnpei. At that time, the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read directly after.
